• Lead end-to-end incident management during US business hours for critical operations and business support issues, such as cash breaks, security master exceptions, data discrepancies, client reporting discrepancies, and application/system outages.
• Provide clear and timely stakeholder updates, manage escalations, and act as liaison with dependent technology teams to ensure alignment with Investment Ops Tech/Ops Managers.
• Lead daily end-of-day standups to review progress, surface blockers, and set priorities for the following day.
• Collaborate with Development Delivery Coordinators to maintain a pipeline of tasks assignable to the BAU team during downtime.

• Maintain and deliver performance dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable weekly insights to leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across BAU delivery operations.
• Create and maintain post-incident knowledge artifacts capturing root causes, resolutions, and preventive actions; publish findings to a centralized KEDB for reuse across BAU teams.
• Deep functional understanding of at least two Investment Operations disciplines: Data Management, Investment Accounting, Performance, Fund Treasury, or Client Reporting.
• Strong Oracle/SQL skills; ability to drive effective issue analysis and resolution through direct data investigation
• Experience with Eagle Platform or similar platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
• 6–8 years of experience on project teams in the capital markets domain, ideally within a buy-side organization.
