Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months contract

Position Purpose:

Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.

Must Have skills:

• Salesforce Development (Lightning, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Visualforce) and AI automated testing and development
• Integration & Automation (APIs, JSON, MuleSoft, GitLab CI/CD)
• Production Support & Troubleshooting (incident analysis, change validation, release management
• Evaluating and improving Code Quality /Standards
• Working with and directing third-party Application Developers
• Knowledge of Programming Concepts; Software Design

Education/Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 6 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
• License/Certification:
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
