We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a large-scale data and analytics platform by designing and delivering ETL pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Informatica, Tableau, and/or Power BI to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Ideal candidates bring a blend of data engineering and BI reporting expertise within enterprise environments.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate requirements into data pipelines and reporting solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica
- Build and deliver dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Perform testing and validation of data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
- Support deployment, publishing, and ongoing enhancement of reporting solutions
- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making
- Evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements or optimizations
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with ETL development using Informatica
- 8+ years of experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Strong experience translating business requirements into data pipelines and reporting solutions
- Experience with data analysis and working with large datasets
- Experience testing and validating data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
- Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Experience with Snowflake or other large-scale data platforms
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar databases
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
- Experience building solutions in both Tableau and Power BI
- Experience supporting enterprise data and analytics environments
