ABOUT THE PROJECT
 
Client is replacing Oracle PeopleSoft (FMIS/HRMS) with Workday for HR, Payroll, and Financials. We are seeking a Certified Project Manager with hands-on Workday implementation experience to support this initiative.
 
The selected candidate will work directly with departments to ensure all business requirements are accurately captured in the Workday configuration, and will coordinate with the Implementation Vendor to facilitate required updates and deliverables.
 
This role demands strong communication skills, high responsiveness to department email requests, and the ability to remain organized and composed under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Collaborate with City departments to document and capture as-is business processes
• Serve as liaison between City stakeholders and the Implementation Vendor
• Schedule and facilitate Microsoft Teams meetings with structured agendas aligned to project deadlines
• Track and resolve project risks, issues, and action items
• Maintain organized documentation of all department requests and decisions
• Respond efficiently to incoming communication from multiple City departments

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 
• Workday Implementation Experience — 2+ years
• Workday Time Tracking Experience — 2+ years
• Business Process Documentation & Vendor Coordination — 3+ years
• Meeting Facilitation with Agendas (goal-driven, deadline-oriented) — 3+ years
• PMP Certification — Required (must be attached at time of submission)
