Job Description

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Sr Product Manager to develop products and services that drive innovation and growth for Post Purchase Platform & Integrations capabilities within Visa's Post Purchase Platform. In this role, you will help transform Visa's network-level data into insight-driven product experiences that enable merchants, partners, and issuers to make better post-purchase decisions.

You will work at the intersection of payments, data, and technology-owning intelligence-based features that surface meaningful signals, recommendations, and outcomes across post-purchase lifecycle including disputes.

The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, deep payments domain knowledge, and the ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces. You are equally comfortable articulating business value and engaging directly with technical teams to influence solution design.

You Will:
  • Own Post-Purchase Intelligence features and experiences, including defining how insights, signals, recommendations, and outcome measurement capabilities should be built in alignment with Post-Purchase Platform strategy. This includes assessing feasibility (e.g., legal, risk, data considerations), understanding scaling and pilot implications, identifying product and data dependencies, and detailing core experience and technical requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, particularly across post-purchase risk, disputes, fraud, refunds, and authorization outcomes. Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver clear, measurable value and align with real-world decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with technology and data teams to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, balancing speed, data quality, latency, and scalability considerations.
  • Operate cross-functionally to drive alignment, proactively partnering with product, engineering, analytics, risk, legal, GTM, and regional teams to identify required data sources, resolve dependencies, and move complex initiatives forward.
  • Support go-to-market execution, working with Sales, Marketing, and regional solution teams to manage pilots, inform positioning and value articulation, and support successful product launches and adoption.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, contributing to product reviews, roadmap discussions, and business updates by clearly articulating customer value, product progress, and tradeoffs.
