Technical Project Manager - Remote / Telecommute

• The Technical Project Manager will lead the delivery of large-scale, data-driven projects within financial services environments.
• The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• The position requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, data platforms, and system integrations.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in financial services, fintech, or credit bureau environments.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, lending lifecycle, fraud detection, or customer data platforms.
• Experience with decisioning or analytics tools such as PowerCurve or similar platforms.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as data privacy and financial compliance standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience:

• Experience leading end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and compliance.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects.
• Manage implementations and upgrades of decisioning and analytics platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership.

Should Have:

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Experience with decisioning engines or credit scoring models.
• Experience with digital lending platforms or banking transformations.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
