Job Title: Senior Business Process Analyst – Sales CRM Implementation
Location: :Valley Forge, PA (Hybrid- 4 days onsite and 1 day remote)
Job description
- Lead the design and implementation of streamlined sales processes for a new CRM platform, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and quote management.
- Conduct business discovery sessions and workshops to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop process maps, workflows, business requirements documentation, and functional test scenarios.
- Drive a fit-to-standard approach by leveraging out-of-the-box CRM capabilities and minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Challenge existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and simplification opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT architects, developers, and technical teams to define CRM solutions and integration requirements with SAP, digital platforms, and BI/Qlik.
- Manage multiple project priorities in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment while ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps for process documentation, collaboration, and project/backlog management.
