AI Product Manager

• Leads the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise Generative AI solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Drives adoption of AI capabilities through product innovation, scalable architectures, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the Generative AI strategy and roadmap aligned to organizational goals.
• Identify high-value AI use cases across operations, risk, compliance, customer experience, and engineering productivity.
• Act as a thought leader, advising stakeholders on GenAI capabilities, limitations, and ROI.
• Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk controls.
• Design and oversee end-to-end GenAI architectures including LLMs, RAG, and agentic/multi-agent workflows.
• Lead decisions on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference optimization.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and observability.
• Lead and review hands-on development of GenAI solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Build and deploy APIs and services integrating AI into existing platforms and workflows.
• Partner with cloud teams to deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform using managed AI services.
• Guide teams through productionization including monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Mentor and upskill teams on GenAI best practices and implementation approaches.
• Establish reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators for AI adoption.
• Support stakeholder engagements including demos, pilots, and enterprise-scale implementations.

Skills And Expertise:

• Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Expertise in AI/ML product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
• Hands-on experience with Python and modern ML/AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and managed AI services.
• Knowledge of API development, microservices, and system integration.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and observability in AI systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience in product management, AI/ML solutions, or related technical leadership roles.
