IBP IO-DP Lead (iHerb)- Very Critical 

• Travel: Minimum 50% travel required.

• Duration: Initial 4.5-month project.

• Start- Mid June

• Status: Open for contractors.

For this role, We are looking for a Senior SAP IBP IO/DP Consultant for a business-critical role with our client, iHerb.

This is a high-impact position focused on redesigning and optimizing their existing IBP Demand Planning (DP) and Inventory Optimization (IO) processes. Because the client already heavily utilizes these modules, the role involves navigating highly complex requirements and re-architecting sophisticated workflows.

We are looking for a heavy-hitter—a strong, hands-on expert who can lead this redesign from day one. 

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Demand Planning (DP) and Inventory Optimization (IO). In this role, you will architect, design, and deploy advanced supply chain planning solutions for global clients, bridging the gap between technical architecture and strategic supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Architect & Configure: Lead the end-to-end blueprinting and configuration of SAP IBP-DP and IBP-IO modules.

·       Demand Planning: Design complex statistical forecasting models, ABC/XYZ segmentation, outlier corrections, and Demand Sensing frameworks.

·       Inventory Optimization: Implement multi-stage safety stock optimization engines across complex global supply networks.

·       Integration: Map data pipelines and integration strategies using SAP CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) or RTI (Real-Time Integration) with S/4HANA.

·       Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive clients to translate business requirements into highly scalable technical roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:

·       Experience: 8+ years of core SAP Supply Chain experience, with a minimum of 3+ years explicitly leading enterprise-scale SAP IBP implementations.

·       Module Mastery: Hands-on expertise in configuring IBP Planning Areas, Attributes, Master Data Types, and complex Key Figures for both DP and IO.

·       Supply Chain Acumen: Deep understanding of multi-echelon inventory theory, safety stock calculation, and statistical forecasting models.

·       Integration Skills: Proven tracking record with CI-DS, CPI-DS, or CPI data transfers.

·       Preferred Plus: Exposure to mathematical optimization engines (e.g., Gurobi) or SAP BTP / PPDS integration.
