Summary

Requirements
  • 8 or more years of experience in enterprise Business Process Reengineering and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in Medicaid Information Technology Architecture and MITA State Self-Assessments.
  • Experience with Business Process Model and Notation, UML, and ArchiMate modeling tools.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and strategic business modeling.
  • Experience with integrated eligibility systems for programs including Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Handle large-scale digital transformation initiatives to design innovative future-state business capabilities.
  • Lead comprehensive business process reengineering to optimize streamlined workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Develop robust business architecture artifacts including capability models, value streams, and data models.
  • Architect current and future state process models using BPMN and specialized modeling notations.
  • Translate strategic organizational objectives into actionable technical and functional specifications.
  • Perform financial analyses including cost-benefit studies, ROI assessments, and buy-versus-build evaluations.
  • Act as a technical liaison to align business strategy with operational execution and technical delivery.
