Summary
- Experience with NYS CONNECTIONS, CCWIS, SACWIS, or a similar Child Welfare information system.
- Experience providing application and technical support to end users.
- Experience supporting application implementations, deployments, or system rollouts.
- Experience supporting large enterprise applications with approximately 15,000 or more users.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, training, and customer-support skills.
- Bachelor s degree.
- Must be available to work 50% onsite in Valhalla, NY.
