Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our delivery team and work onsite with our client in Omaha, Nebraska.

This is a hands-on development role focused on building, deploying, and supporting Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, data migration, and Salesforce deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex code, including Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable classes.

• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain existing Aura components.

• Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.

• Design and implement declarative automation using Salesforce Flows.

• Build and support basic REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Manage deployments and release cycles using Flosum, Copado, or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.

• Perform data loads and migrations using Data Loader and related tools.

• Troubleshoot production issues using debug logs and drive fixes through resolution.

• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong Apex development skills, including:

  • Triggers

  • Batch Apex

  • Queueable Apex

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura.

• Strong SOQL and SOSL knowledge.

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, relationships, and schema design.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.

• Experience with Flows and declarative automation.

• Basic experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Familiarity with Git/version control and Salesforce deployment tools such as Flosum, Copado, or similar.

• Experience with Data Loader and Salesforce data migration processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska; local candidates or candidates willing to relocate.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

• Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Experience working with sandbox environments and Salesforce release management.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and debug log analysis.

• Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
