Cennox is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Bank Equipment Technician to support ATM and banking equipment maintenance throughout the Jackson area and surrounding regions of Florida . This full-time field service role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, company vehicle, travel opportunities, and competitive compensation .

What You'll Do

As a Bank Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and compliance of ATM and banking equipment at customer locations. Responsibilities include:
  • Clean, inspect, and detail ATMs, kiosks, and related banking equipment
  • Update signage and decals as needed
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacement and minor refurbishments
  • Remove unauthorized signage, stickers, graffiti, posters, and decals from equipment and surrounding areas
  • Clean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaults
  • Maintain bollards and surrounding equipment areas as instructed
  • Ensure a clean and debris-free work area within a 10-foot radius of serviced equipment
  • Conduct site surveys, alarm inspections, ADA compliance reviews, software updates, lighting measurements, and other project-based assignments
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces and banking equipment
  • Inspect and clean drive-up banking equipment, ATM surrounds, and night depositories
  • Capture detailed photographs of equipment, service work, and site conditions
  • Maintain accurate records, inventory, and project documentation
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing electrical work, equipment repairs, maintenance, or other field service work
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Trade school education, technical certification, or apprenticeship experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and climb throughout the workday
  • Ability to carry and safely use a 10-foot ladder
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to drive for extended periods as part of daily travel requirements
  • Good hand-eye coordination and vision correctable to 20/20
