Key Responsibilities:
- This resource will be responsible for writing content for the client's Claims Digital public website, communication templates, and core experiences such as filing a claim and tracking a claim.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills;"UX Copywriter", "Digital , "Content Design", "Figma", "Claims".
- Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills
- Strong Project Management and Time Management
- Critical Thinking
- Curiosity
- Figma, PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Content writing for all Claims Digital experiences.
- Requires working on a cross-functional team and facilitating alignment on content experience updates.
- Looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience.
- P&C insurance and claims experience a plus.
- Prior experience writing for customer/member-facing experiences
