Job Title: Power Platform Developer with Copilot Studio

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Build integrations using APIs, custom connectors, Dataverse, SQL, and Azure services.
• Implement secure, scalable, and compliant automation solutions.
• Develop data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and optimize processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support Power Platform adoption initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).
• Experience building Copilot Studio agents and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, data transformations).
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, C# plugins, and Power Platform extensibility.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management).
• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, security models, governance, and ALM.
• Agile/Scrum experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
