Scrum Master

Title: Entry-Level Scrum Master

Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist the Agile team in following Scrum processes and daily project activities.

·         Schedule and support daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·         Help track project tasks, timelines, and team progress during each sprint.

·         Work with team members to identify blockers and communicate issues to management.

·         Maintain project updates, meeting notes, and sprint documentation.

·         Coordinate with developers, testers, and business teams for smooth communication.

·         Ensure tasks are moving according to project priorities and deadlines.

·         Support the Product Owner in organizing backlog items and user stories.

·         Monitor team collaboration and encourage Agile best practices.

·         Assist in delivering projects on time with proper process follow-up.
