Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network Automation Scrum Master for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves serving as an automation Scrum Master for multiple technology integrations and automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading Scrum Ceremonies, producing associated metrics and reports, and facilitating interaction with Architecture, Engineering, Software Developers, and internal customers to ensure business requirements are met.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Lead scaled planning for the team including Pre-Planning/Preparation and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/Agile Release Train Syncs
- Contribute to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders
- Manage risk including dependency management, impediment removal, and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements
- Apply metrics to assess team delivery, maturity, and performance and identify and share improvement opportunities with the team
- Partner with product stakeholders to ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team for them to become high performing by collaborating and focusing on continuous improvement
- Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate Change Management delivery processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications and experience in Agile Methodology, Project Management, software development, or Information Technology
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum Master across varied team sizes, cultures, and working setups (co-located/distributed)
- Professional certification such as SAFe Certification 5.0 or higher, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Practical experience using Agile tools such as Jira Project Management Software, including writing Jira Query for reporting
- Experience with Change Management processes
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments
- Understanding of strategic and emerging Agile and Project Management development trends
- Working knowledge of Network as a Service and Cloud Services Automation

Pay rate: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
