Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Initial 3 Months Onsite, Travel Expenses Covered) 9 months remote

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Functional Lead to lead financial consolidation and reporting initiatives. This role will focus on implementing Group Reporting solutions aligned with corporate and regulatory standards across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation of S/4HANA Group Reporting / Financial Consolidation
Configure:

Consolidation units and groups
Intercompany eliminations and reconciliation

Support financial close and reporting cycles
Integrate with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal ACDOCA)
Drive data harmonization across multiple entities
Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive solution design

Required Skills & Experience:

8 12+ years of SAP Finance experience
Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA Group Reporting (mandatory)
Solid experience in financial consolidation
Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP reporting standards
Experience working in multi-entity/global environments

Additional Information:

Hybrid role based in Houston, TX
Initial 3 months onsite (travel expenses covered)
Flexible hybrid work model after initial phase
