Job Summary: We are seeking a Power BI Developer with strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and semantic data modeling to design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will develop high-performance dashboards and reports, integrate with enterprise data platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable semantic data models using Power BI datasets and Azure/SQL-based data sources. Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data access strategies. Integrate Power BI with enterprise platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar. Optimize performance of large datasets and enterprise reports. Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and data engineers. Provide effort estimations, solution architecture documentation, and technical proposals. Present dashboards and analytics insights to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development. Strong expertise in DAX, including advanced calculations, time intelligence, and optimization. Strong experience with Power Query (M language). Strong data modeling skills, including star and snowflake schema design. Advanced SQL skills including querying and performance tuning. Experience with Azure Data Platform services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, and ADLS. Strong understanding of BI architecture, governance, and security models. Experience leading or mentoring technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in domains such as Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, or Retail. Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Microsoft Power BI , Azure
