Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and consultative NetSuite Finance Lead to lead the solution design, optimization, and implementation of our enterprise NetSuite ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business requirements and technical execution, architecting scalable end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep mastery of NetSuite Core ERP and Financials, combined with a strong foundational understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to design workflows, map complex data structures, and ensure the system seamlessly scales with business growth.

NetSuite Solution Architect to lead solution design, provide technical leadership, and support business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite ERP, deep understanding of business processes, and excellent client-facing skills to present solutions, drive customer meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in all NetSuite Modules - NetSuite ERP, One World, SuiteTax, CRM, Manufacturing, Adv Manufacturing, Connectors, Integrations, NetSuite EPM (Enterprise Performance Management system), SuiteBilling, Adv Revenue Management, Multi Book, SuiteProject..
• Articulate the value of NetSuite solutions, aligning with client pain points and objectives.
• Prepare solution blueprints and scope-of-work documentation.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for clients throughout the implementation phases.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather and analyze client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Design and implement comprehensive NetSuite solutions tailored to client business requirements.
• Provide expertise in configuring NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and E-commerce.
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Ensure successful integration with third-party systems and customizations using Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk.

Preferred:

• 8+ years in NetSuite
• Chartered Accountant
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator).
• Familiarity with other ERP systems or cloud platforms.
• Experience in global/multi-subsidiary implementations
