Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description:
In this role, you will manage solutions end to end. You will engage directly with clients to assess, design, implement, and support the critical IT infrastructure that underpins their business operations. You will take ownership of complex technical issues-researching, diagnosing, and resolving challenges across server, cloud, and networked environments-while acting as an escalation point for Service Desk tickets, requests, and client inquiries.
The Solutions Engineer will focus on server infrastructure and cloud-based solutions and is expected to deliver a high standard of customer service while continuously expanding technical expertise in cloud technologies, virtualization, and enterprise networking. You will support a broad range of environments, including Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, Duo security administration, email security solutions, and business continuity and disaster recovery platforms.
As a member of the technical team, you will lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, manage high-impact escalations, and contribute to complex projects that enhance client infrastructure, reliability, and security.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must come from an MSP background with hands on server migrations as this is a core function of the business
- Must be able to translate complex technical recommendations into plain language for non-technical clients
- Autotask, Kaseya, IT Glue with a managed service provider preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
