JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Product Manager, Marketing Technology will play a pivotal role in advancing customer engagement, personalization, and growth marketing capabilities across digital and omnichannel touchpoints. This role is the primary product owner for our Customer Data Platform (CDP) including data strategy, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation across marketing channels as well as the broader marketing technology ecosystem.
This individual partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Customer Insights, Analytics, and Engineering, and leads a scrum team of 57 developers alongside multiple business stakeholders across Customer Insights, Marketing, and Digital. They are customerobsessed and datadriven, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance. Success requires strong product roadmapping, stakeholder influence, the ability to think holistically across the customer journey, and deep expertise in marketing technology ecosystems.
Position Description:
Own the CDP product vision and roadmap including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and channel activation driving measurable improvement in personalization and customer lifetime value.
Define and prioritize product requirements that enable effective marketing, personalization, and customer engagement capabilities, translating customer journeys into user stories, experience requirements, and measurable outcomes.
Own the Marketing Technology roadmap, backlog, and intake process across marketing and growth initiatives, managing the full product lifecycle from strategy through delivery and optimization.
Partner with Marketing, Digital, Customer Insights, Analytics, IT, and external agencies to drive alignment and delivery of highimpact solutions.
Analyze customer insights, experimentation results, campaign performance, and platform data to identify optimization opportunities and inform prioritization.
Lead adoption through enablement, training, pilots, and platform launches while monitoring performance and outcomes.
Facilitate workshops to define technical capabilities, data flows, and business processes required to solve complex challenges.
Define acceptance criteria including data quality, privacy, scalability, and performance requirements.
Manage relationships with key MarTech platform vendors, including roadmap alignment, performance accountability, and supporting contract and renewal conversations.
Required Skills:
8+ years of IT or digital experience
5+ years of product management or product ownership experience on Agile teams
Proven experience owning or implementing a Customer Data Platform, including identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data activation
Experience with first-party data strategy, customer data modeling, and cross-channel activation
Track record of managing complex MarTech ecosystems and influencing senior marketing stakeholders
Strong experience with product roadmapping and longterm vision development
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Aha
