Are you a motivated self-starter who thrives on winning new business and building strong client relationships? We re a growing staffing firm looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team!

This is primarily a hunter role (80%) where you''ll focus on identifying and securing new clients within the Technology sector. In addition to new business development, you ll also be entrusted with managing and expanding a few existing accounts (20%).
What We''re Looking For:
Proven success in B2B sales (staffing or professional services experience is required).
A natural hunter mentality with strong networking and communication skills.
Knowledge of the SoCal market and staffing industry trends.
