Job Title: Sr Technical Architect / Principal Architect – Java, AWS, Spring Boot
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)
Experience: 11–16 Years

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect / Principal Architect with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable applications, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring development teams. The role requires strong architecture knowledge along with hands-on coding and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot development
Hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
Experience designing and developing Microservices architecture
Good understanding of Full Stack development concepts
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
Strong communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
Lead architecture discussions and define technical solutions
Write clean, efficient code and perform code reviews
Mentor development teams and ensure best development practices
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
Support application deployment and cloud infrastructure on AWS
