Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer with hands-on experience in Saviynt to design, implement, and support identity governance and administration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using Saviynt (EIC/EIC Cloud).
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Configure and maintain access request workflows, approval processes, and provisioning.
• Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, ERP systems).
• Develop and manage roles, entitlements, and access policies.
• Perform access reviews, certifications, and audit support activities.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Work closely with security, compliance, and application teams to enforce IAM policies.
• Automate IAM processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IAM with at least 5+ years in Saviynt.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
• Experience with Saviynt modules such as:
• Access Request
• Provisioning
• Certifications
• Role Management
• Hands-on experience with connectors (AD, Azure AD, JDBC, REST APIs).
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Java).
• Understanding of RBAC, SoD (Segregation of Duties), and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Saviynt certifications (preferred).
• Experience with other IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Exposure to DevOps and automation tools.
