Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Genomics and Multi-Omics Project Manager to coordinate research and laboratory projects and serve as the primary point of contact for investigators, core facilities, and external partners. This role helps organize meetings, track timelines and deliverables, support project intake and documentation, and assist with pricing and service agreements. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to coordinate
    genomics and multi-omics projects, serving as a navigator for investigators and external partners, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
  • Set up meetings, maintain calendars, and facilitate communication
    among investigators, core directors, and external partners.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
  • Assist with pricing, service quotes, and support for service agreements.
  • Coordinate access to multi-omics platforms and genomics capabilities available through external vendors.
  • Support intake, scoping, and documentation of new genomics projects.
  • Maintain project records, data tracking sheets, and status summaries for leadership.
  • Help streamline investigator engagement and improve the overall experience of partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biology or microbiology
  • 8-10 years of relevant laboratory experience
  • Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, including competence in data tracking, documentation, and workflow coordination.
