Summary

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to manage, maintain, and support CRM applications, users, security, and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Dynamics 365 CRM users, teams, security roles, and permissions.
  • Configure forms, views, dashboards, tables, and business rules.
  • Manage Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Import, export, and deploy CRM solutions between environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot workflows, Power Automate flows, and system jobs.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and data quality.
  • Troubleshoot CRM access, performance, and production issues.
  • Manage backups, environment capacity, and system updates.
  • Support integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, and other applications.
  • Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business teams.
  • Maintain documentation and follow security best practices.
 
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform.
  • Experience with security roles, business units, and teams.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate and workflows.
  • Experience with solution management and deployments.
  • Basic knowledge of FetchXML, plugins, JavaScript, and Web API.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
