Job Title: Java Full Stack Lead with Android UI Experience

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract (W2)

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong Full Stack and UI development expertise to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
Architect and develop Java / Spring Boot / Microservices-based backend services.
Build responsive and scalable UI applications using Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into intuitive user experiences.
Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Lead a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
Define and enforce coding standards, performance tuning, security, and best practices.
Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD, deployment automation, and cloud integration.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
Participate in stakeholder discussions, estimations, and roadmap planning.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical coaching and reviews.
