Summary

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
Design and develop applications supporting trade analytics, pooling and securitization, trade capture, reporting, and reconciliation processes
Perform application development, system enhancements, prototyping, and technical solution design
Provide high-level technical consultation and recommendations to business and technology teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions within aggressive project timelines
Analyze system performance and proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities
Predict and assess the impact of configuration and system changes across integrated applications
Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java/J2EE-based applications
Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities
Resolve production issues and support ad-hoc business requests in a timely manner
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives, application modernization efforts, and process enhancements
Maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) - Java Developer
Spring Professional Certification
AWS or Cloud Technology Certifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certification
Financial Services or Mortgage Domain Certifications
