Job Title: Integration Architect with Majesco exp

Location: Remote

Duration: 24 months plus

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with strong expertise in Majesco and CRM/Mulesoft platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader who can design, implement, and oversee complex integration solutions while managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of architectural vision and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect integration solutions involving Majesco and CRM/Mulesoft systems
• Lead end-to-end integration initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies and roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including offshore resources
• Actively contribute to development when required (hands-on involvement)
• Ensure best practices in integration architecture, security, and data flow management
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience working with Majesco platform
• Solid background in either
  • CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) OR
  • MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform, API design, integrations)
• Proven experience in integration architecture and solution design
• Experience in leading teams and handling offshore delivery models
• Hands-on development experience with integration technologies and APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in insurance domain environments
• Experience in large-scale enterprise integrations
• Background working with global delivery teams
