RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Five9 Technical Trainer in Saint Louis, MO.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Training Specialist to assist on the rollout of the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center and manage this critical function.
This role begins with a massive deployment phase-onboarding 200 call centers in the East Region by year-end-before shifting focus to the West Region. Once the initial migration is complete, you will transition into an operational role, spearheading continuous education and new-hire technical training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver comprehensive technical training sessions for 200+ call centers, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Five9
* Create and maintain technical documentation, "Quick Start" guides, and video tutorials specifically tailored to our client's internal workflows
* Work closely to absorb existing training protocols and evolve them into a scalable, dedicated training program
* Following the regional rollouts, manage the "steady-state" training lifecycle, including re courses, new feature releases, and technical onboarding for all new hires
* Act as a bridge between frontline users and the product team, identifying common technical friction points and addressing them through targeted education
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience providing technical training on Five9 or Genesys cloud contact center platforms
* Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site deployments (100+ locations) is a plus
* Ability to translate complex cloud telephony concepts (IVR, ACD, Omni-channel routing) into digestible training for various skill levels
* Comfortable in a high-growth environment where you will transition from "Project/Launch mode" to "Operational/Steady-state mode"
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
