Job Description:

Start date : Immediate
• Lead the architecture, design, development, and support of PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery, including integrations and application modernization.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams across development, maintenance, and production support.
• Ensure solution quality, compliance, performance, scalability, and SLA adherence.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between business, client, and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
• Define technical architecture and solution design for PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Lead development, customization, integrations, and production support activities.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and release management.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC processes, and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with business, functional, infrastructure, and client stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and support resource planning and knowledge management.
• Implement automation and reusable frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development and support processes.

• Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM development and architecture.
• Expertise in PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, and Component Interfaces.
• Experience with Web Services, APIs, Oracle Database, and enterprise integrations.
• Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and HR business processes.
• Experience working in Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead globally distributed onsite and offshore teams.
