About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and execute complex construction projects within a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment. This role requires strong project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and execution excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-performance environment and demonstrate strong decision-making ability, schedule management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Successfully manage complex contracted and self-performed construction projects
Develop, maintain, and drive detailed project schedules, identify and resolve critical path challenges
Evaluate, award, and mobilize contractors and subcontractors
Oversee and coordinate all field operations ensuring safety and efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to construction safety standards
Develop and maintain site logistics and execution plans
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, and Manufacturing teams to resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) and design issues
Ensure installations meet end-user requirements and quality expectations
Lead quality control inspections, including city and vendor inspections
Coordinate tool installation, equipment move-in, anchoring, and utility hook-ups
Steward contractor deliverables and manage project budgets and timelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial construction project management
Strong ability to evaluate multidisciplinary construction drawings
Experience developing fragment schedules for accelerated project completion
Familiarity with building codes, compliance regulations, and occupancy requirements
Proven ability to work in high-performance, cross-functional environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and organizational skills
Confident decision-making and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage tight timelines and aggressive project goals
