Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Test Lead with a strong healthcare payer domain background to lead end-to-end testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in clinical operations, utilization management, and care management, along with hands-on experience in business testing (UAT) and stakeholder coordination.
This role requires someone who can translate complex clinical workflows into structured test strategies, ensure quality delivery, and drive collaboration across business, IT, and QA teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Drive Business Testing (UAT) aligned with clinical and operational workflows.
• Ensure requirements traceability (RTM) from business needs to test cases.
• Write and execute business test cases specifically for clinical applications.
• Manage defect triage, resolution tracking, and test remediation lifecycle.
• Maintain and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) in coordination with PMO.
• Collaborate closely with business readiness teams for successful provider onboarding.
• Coordinate with business, IT, and QA teams to ensure seamless testing execution.
• Provide weekly project status updates and communicate risks proactively.
• Oversee test environment management and readiness.
• Mentor junior QA team members and enforce QA best practices.

• 8+ years of experience in software testing with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in business testing within the clinical/healthcare domain.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Utilization Management (UM).
  • Care Management (CM).
  • Clinical Operations workflows.
• MUST HAVE: Experience with CMS-0057-F compliance requirements.
• MUST HAVE: Experience with Guiding Care or similar care management platforms.
• Experience writing and executing clinical/business test cases.
• Strong understanding of test environments and release management.
• Experience working with business readiness teams and provider onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with RAID management and PMO coordination.
