Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Remote
Product Manager:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager consultant to drive product initiatives across our LATAM markets, with a focus on supply chain and product/catalog data. The consultant will own the roadmap and execution for regional product workstreams, partnering with supply chain, commercial, and engineering teams and engaging directly with suppliers and market stakeholders across the region. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of product management experience, a management consulting background with a supply chain focus, and full professional fluency in Spanish. This is a US-based, full-time engagement (12 months, extendable) with potential for conversion to a permanent role.
Team & Key Projects:
Team: LATAM product team within the broader product organization, working closely with supply chain, commercial, and market teams across the region.
Purpose / key projects: Drive product and catalog/product data initiatives supporting LATAM supply chain operations - including product data standardization, supplier-facing tooling, and roadmap delivery for regional platforms.
Reason for posting: Additional senior PM capacity is needed to accelerate in-flight LATAM initiatives. Motivators: A growing LATAM portfolio and near-term delivery milestones require an experienced, Spanish-speaking PM who can operate independently from day one.
Typical Day in the Role:
Day-to-day: Own the roadmap and backlog for LATAM initiatives; write requirements; run sprint ceremonies; coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and market stakeholders; join supplier calls (conducted in Spanish where needed); track KPIs and report progress to leadership. Interaction level: High - daily collaboration with a cross-functional team and regular contact with LATAM stakeholders and suppliers. Work environment: Remote-first and fast-paced, spanning multiple time zones; US business hours with consistent LATAM overlap.
Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition:
What makes this role interesting: High-visibility regional role with genuine ownership of the LATAM product roadmap and direct exposure to senior leadership.
Unique selling points: Work across multiple LATAM markets on large-scale supply chain and product data problems; direct supplier engagement; autonomy to shape how the work gets done.
Value added / experience gained: Experience modernizing product and supply chain capabilities at enterprise scale, plus potential conversion to a permanent role.
Candidate Requirements:
Years of experience: 10+ years of product management experience. Degrees / certifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or supply chain certification (e.g., APICS CSCP) a plus. Management consulting background with supply chain focus required. Disqualifiers: Not professionally fluent in Spanish; fewer than 10 years of relevant experience; no supply chain exposure.
