Job Description:
  • 5–10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with deep expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations.
  • Previous experience leading global or multinational SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and define solution design.
  • Serve as the functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practice recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders to drive decisions and resolve functional challenges.
  • Lead solution design, configuration oversight, testing, and deployment activities.
