Job Description:

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support solution analysis, delivery, and ongoing enhancements across Oracle SCM and Order Management modules. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver POCs, and ensure compliance with SOX standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Oracle SCM and Order Management (OM) modules
• Hands-on techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle SCM Cloud
• Experience in IT solution analysis, design, and delivery for SCM systems
• Ability to work on cross-functional coordination with business users, developers, and support teams
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex functional and technical issues
• Experience developing and supporting POCs (Proof of Concepts)
• Good understanding of SOX compliance and audit-controlled environments
• Strong communication skills for onsite collaboration and stakeholder interaction

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environments
• Exposure to integrations with downstream/upstream systems
• Prior onsite client-facing consulting experience
