We are seeking an experienced and outstanding SQL DBA Developer for one of our esteemed clients.

Role: SQL DBA Developer

Location: Palo Alto CA, SFO CA

Duration: Long-term

Direct client

1. Hands on experience in SQL programming, Debugging, Performance tuning, Database Design, Table schema and experience in database administration.
2. Working experience in creating packages, stored procedures, cursors, triggers, functions, joins, replication and modifying SQL scripts in Oracle.
3. Experience with database design, data Modeling, and data warehousing.
4. Strong Experience in Normalization, Data Model (Logical, Physical).
5. Good Experience in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration services).
6. Strong Experience in Relational Databases Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts.
7. Experience in database performance tuning.
8. Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
9. Knowledge of ETL processes and tools will be an added advantage.
10. Experience implementing and managing encryption lifecycle.
11. Installing, Configuring and Upgrading SQL Server/Applying Service Packs.
12. Server and Database Security Administration
13. When performance issues arise, determine the most effective way to increase performance including hardware purchases.
14. Capacity planning, Client handling for new and upcoming migrations.
15. Ability to document solutions and train operational teams.
16. Experience with Azure is a plus.
17. Experience with automation, PowerShell is a plus.
18. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
19. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
20. Should have excellent communication skills to effectively interface with Client.
