Project Manager (InfoSec)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a hybrid Project Manager (InfoSec) to join their team.

Summary:
This individual will coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of InfoSec programs for within the client. You will ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct work of incumbents assigned to programs from various departments. You will also ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Tasks:
* Manages medium-scale programs from planning to completion by facilitating meetings with project stakeholders
* Develops, analyzes, and manages the project plan (MS Project), schedule, and resource forecast
* Manages project financials and provides input and justification for costs and budget impacts
* Monitors overall project performance against plan and adjusts as needed; Identifies and resolves issues
* Manages the work of program teams by assembling team resources to ensure the alignment of team member skills and strengths with project demands; Communicates a clear vision of project goals and objectives to the team
* Coordinates team activities to ensure project milestones are achieved; Provides performance feedback to team members as needed
* Manages, controls, and mitigates risks across interdependent projects by analyzing and identifying trigger events
* Establishes contingency plans, anticipates and manages dependences affected by ongoing changes across projects, and recommends ways to mitigate future risks
* Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse project stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships with internal customers, third party vendors, and business leadership
* Works closely with InfoSec Senior Director and Managers to help determine program goals; Influences the prioritization of deliverables and facilitates discussions necessary for program delivery
* Tracks and reports key metrics as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred:
* Previous experience or background in infosec or network related projects is helpful for better project team collaboration and task management
* Familiar with managing hybrid project schedules since some teams manage their detailed tasks in Jira (EPMO standard is MS Project)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
