Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior QA Analyst within our team .

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies across applications and data platforms

·       Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks

·       Implement and validate automated testing solutions (Playwright or similar)

·       Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and architects to ensure full test coverage

·       Perform both manual and automated testing across complex workflows

·       Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations

·       Manage defect tracking, reproduction, and resolution validation

·       Support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts

·       Drive improvements in QA processes, tooling, and Agile delivery practices

·       Define and promote quality engineering best practices across teams

·       Utilize AI tools to enhance test scenario creation and quality analysis

Qualifications:

·       6+ years of QA and software testing experience

·       Strong experience with test automation tools (Playwright preferred)

·       Proven leadership experience managing QA teams or initiatives

·       Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management

·       Strong experience with Azure DevOps (required)

·       Experience with test data management and validation

·       Ability to define and report on quality metrics to leadership

·       Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program or other government nutrition systems

·       Experience utilizing AI tools for the creation of test cases in Markdown

·       Experience testing data platforms and ETL processes

·       Familiarity with performance and integration testing

·       Experience leveraging AI tools for QA optimization

The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual  range is $110,000-$145,000.

This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law. Additionally, this position aligns with the Voyatek Career Framework as a level   04 individual contributor in a Quality Assurance position.
