D365 CE Architect: 6 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Architect who is ready to roll up their sleeves to streamline support operations in the short term and lead the design of a scalable, long-term stabilization strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, functional expertise, and strategic thinking to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Take ownership of day-to-day enhancement requests, triage and resolve technical and functional problems quickly.
· Design and implement a long-term roadmap for system stability, scalability, and performance optimization.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to model and implement scalable, efficient business processes within D365 CE.
· Lead solution architecture and translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable system solutions.
· Provide deep expertise in CRM, Marketing, and Quoting functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Design and implement customer journeys, lead management, campaign automation, and segmentation strategies in D365 Marketing.
· Model and optimize quoting processes including product configuration, pricing, and approvals.
· Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with developers and infrastructure teams.
· Collaborate with developers to design and deliver customizations, extensions, and integrations.
· Act as the primary liaison with Microsoft and other vendors to resolve platform-specific issues and escalate critical incidents.
· Create clear documentation and provide training to internal teams to support adoption and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
· Strong techno-functional expertise across core CE modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
· Proven experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and integration tools.
· Deep understanding of CRM and Marketing automation processes.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect.
· Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and third-party CE integrations.
· Familiarity with ISVs and industry-specific CRM solutions.
