• Bachelor's Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role through technical project management, systems development, or other similar role relating to the essential duties of the position.
• 2+ years of experience serving as a subject matter expert in a capacity that is relevant to the area this role will focsupport.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with the implementation of project and systems delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated flexibility with respect to changing end-user business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience owning and managing the SAP development intake process, partnering with business and functional teams to assess incoming requests. Analyze, estimate, and prioritize development work based on business value, technical complexity, capacity, and delivery timelines.
• 5+ years' strong experience of Core SAP ABAP programming including: Classical & OO ABAP, Function modules, BAPIs, BADIs, enhancement frameworks, Reports (classical, ALV, OOPS ALV), Interfaces & IDocs, Forms (Adobe, SmartForms) in a regulated industry.
• Strong experience on ABAP on HANA, building/consuming CDS views, ADMP, ADBC, performance tuning and SQL Tracing/optimization.
• Experience with SAP BTP Environment, Cloud Foundry & Kyma, SAP CAP/RAP. Demonstratable experience with SAP Integration suite such as CPI with S/4, BTP, 3rd Party system, iFlows, CPI-DS, Odata, REST API etc.
• Experience with Event-driven architecture, messages queues, asynchronous integration, building/supporting API's, OData services with SAP Mesh.
• Experience with RISE deployment model, extensibility options (In-App, side-by-side), clean core principles. Familiarity with Fiori development required. Specific experience with Fiori Extensions / AdaptUI, Elements, and/or Freestyle is preferred.
• Knowledge of RAP model and Clean Core philosophy
