Automation Product Manager:
Product Managers should maintain strong project management experience related to delivery execution, as this expertise remains critical to their strategic role. Also, we still need the product managers to have experience managing opportunities related to RPA, Agentic, AI, web applications space (Please make sure this is highlighted in the body of each project).. For this specific role, I'm targeting 10+ years of experience.

Evolve the Product Manager role into a more outbound-focused function, blending strong business development agility with disciplined product management. This evolution involves actively identifying new opportunities, re-engaging past clients, and driving growth. The ideal Product Manager will combine fearless networking and relationship-building-engaging, following up, and pursuing opportunities-with the accountability and stakeholder management expected of the role.
Lead Engagement & Strategic Relationship Building
Nurture early stage leads to drive customer conversion
Build strong relationships across LOBs and proactively uncover automation opportunities
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and value
LOB Partnership & Opportunity Discovery
Partner with Business Champions to understand operations and build domain expertise
Identify and qualify automation use cases aligned to business goals
Review and validate roadmap opportunities and refine priorities as needed
Product Vision, Roadmap & Value Alignment
Define a clear automation vision aligned with business objectives
Maintain a value driven roadmap based on impact, performance insights, and dependencies
Establish KPIs and adjust roadmap direction based on value realization
Problem Framing & Feasibility Direction
Guide feasibility assessments and clarify problem statements, MVP, and scope
Document high level As Is workflows and identify process gaps
Ensure opportunities align with enterprise strategy and measurable KPIs
Solution Strategy, Prototyping & Estimation
Collaborate with architects and engineers on high level solution approaches
Drive prototype development to validate concepts and reduce uncertainty
Partner with technical teams on effort, cost, and feasibility estimates
Business Case & Funding Alignment
Create ROI driven business cases with anticipated savings and efficiency gains
Present recommendations for prioritization and funding approvals
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and alignment
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Define, track, and analyze KPIs across initiatives
Adjust roadmap and backlog based on adoption, performance trends, and evolving needs
