Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud to drive endtoend solution architecture and delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and highperformance solutions while leading technical strategy and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud platforms
• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
• Design integration patterns with third-party systems (APIs, middleware, data platforms)
• Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, and activation
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices & coding standards
• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and scalability
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and client presentations when required

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce architecture
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and APIs
• Strong experience with data modeling, governance, and data architecture
• Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
• Application/System Architect certifications
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to AI/Einstein, automation, and analytics within Salesforce ecosystem

Additional Requirement

• Travel may be required to Atlanta or Palm Beach based on project needs
