As an IT Application Engineer, you will be part of the IT Applications team supporting Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$83/hour + Benefits
What\'s the Job?
\t- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations for ALM applications. \t
- Monitor application performance using established practices and methods to ensure optimal operation. \t
- Manage workflows, change management processes, approvals, sign-offs, and in-application configurations to meet stakeholder needs. \t
- Evaluate new tools and services, supporting the development of custom integrations using Java and Python. \t
- Update template and project configurations, workflows, and work item metadata to improve application efficiency.
What\'s Needed?
\t- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related field. \t
- Development experience in Java, JavaScript, Velocity, and Python. \t
- Experience with Polarion within regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, financial, or automotive sectors is preferred but not required. \t
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \t
- Flexibility, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and technical issues.
