Job Description

Our client is hiring a Full Stack Engineering opportunity with a high-growth healthcare technology organization building large-scale, user facing software for clinical and medical knowledge workflows, using modern AI, data-intensive systems, and distributed cloud architecture

The team delivers end to end features across frontend, backend, and data layers and values engineers who can build complete solutions, not just isolated components. You will work across the stack using modern web technologies, APIs, cloud services, and performance focused architecture

Hybrid in Boston, MA.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong hands on full stack development experience
Ability to design and implement features from database through API through user interface
Comfortable working without detailed step by step specifications
Proven ability to ship production quality code
Solid understanding of system design and application architecture
High ownership mindset and personal accountability
Motivated by building real software used by real users
Comfortable operating in fast changing technical environments

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience building and maintaining end to end web applications
Frontend experience creating modern, highly polished interfaces
Mobile development experience building user friendly applications
Experience integrating machine learning or AI capabilities into applications
Background working with model evaluation and measurable performance metrics
Infrastructure or reliability experience supporting high availability services
Experience improving application speed and reducing latency
Familiarity with designing practical applied AI systems inside larger products

What You Will Be Doing

Build full stack features from concept through production deployment
Implement frontend interfaces, backend services, and supporting data flows
Create thoughtful and detail oriented user experiences
Develop APIs and services that support high scale usage
Integrate AI or model driven capabilities where appropriate
Strengthen system reliability and reduce failure points
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize them
Use metrics and testing to validate improvements
Collaborate closely with a small, senior engineering team
