RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced CrowdStrike Engineer/Consultant to support a large-scale endpoint security migration initiative. This project involves migrating approximately 900 client environments from existing security platforms, including Perch, Webroot, and SentinelOne, to CrowdStrike. The goal is to complete the migration by October while minimizing operational disruption.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute migrations from legacy endpoint security solutions to CrowdStrike
* Follow established migration playbooks and validate successful deployments
* Collaborate with internal security SMEs who will provide guidance, requirements, and platform-specific expertise
* Participate in planning sessions, migration calls, and status updates with project stakeholders
* Verify configurations, policies, and deployments are implemented correctly following migration
* Support parallel migration workstreams across multiple client environments
* Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues with minimal oversight
Project Details;
* Migration Scope: Approximately 900 client environments
* Security Platforms: Perch, SentinelOne, Webroot, CrowdStrike
* Project Goal: Complete migrations by October
* Team Structure: Internal project lead, dedicated security SMEs, and migration engineers working in parallel workstreams
* Potential Need: Up to four resources if multiple migration tracks run concurrently (Level II and Level III engineer pairing)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon administration, deployment, and migrations
* Experience migrating from platforms such as SentinelOne, Webroot, Perch, or similar endpoint security tools
* Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
* Experience developing or executing technical runbooks and migration playbooks
* Proven troubleshooting and endpoint security expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
* CrowdStrike Level II or Level III engineering experience
* Experience supporting large-scale, multi-tenant or MSP environments
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical SMEs and project leadership
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned CrowdStrike professional who can step into a fast-paced migration effort and begin contributing immediately. This individual should be highly self-sufficient, require minimal onboarding, and be comfortable executing migrations independently while partnering with internal subject matter experts.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
