We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and enterprise-scale AI/ML implementations. The ideal candidate will work on advanced AI initiatives involving production-grade LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, and scalable automation solutions.

Job Description:

• Develop AI algorithms, ML models, and intelligent automation solutions for complex business problems

• Build production-grade LLM implementations including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation

• Work with Agentic AI frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, and LangGraph

• Apply AI techniques including Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, Image Processing, and Intelligent Automation

• Design scalable AI/ML workflows, automation pipelines, and enterprise AI architectures

• Deploy and integrate AI models into enterprise systems and business applications

• Implement MLOps / LLMOps practices using Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML

• Develop reusable integration patterns and scalable data structures

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions

• Design and maintain data pipelines supporting model inference and automation workflows

• Partner with engineering teams to align AI solutions with enterprise data structures

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics

• Strong hands-on experience with production AI/ML implementations

• Expertise in Python and SQL

• Experience with Graph Query Languages such as Cypher is a plus

• Strong cloud platform and MLOps/LLMOps experience

• Ability to clearly articulate real-world implementation experience

• Supply chain domain experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field required.
