Job Summary:

Seeking a talented professional to lead the development and integration of complex system solutions through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach. This role requires someone who can balance technical excellence with strategic thinking to create lifecycle-optimized architectures that meet demanding operational requirements. You will serve as a critical bridge between customer needs and technical implementation, ensuring all system components work harmoniously together while maintaining the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams through the entire system development lifecycle, from initial concept through verification and deployment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, develop, and verify comprehensive system of systems and individual system solutions using lifecycle-balanced methodologies
Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements across all stakeholders
Integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility of physical, functional, and program interfaces throughout the system architecture
Perform optimization analyses for total system of systems architecture to achieve mission objectives
Conduct specialized analyses including affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, and system security
Develop and implement requirements management processes, tools, and methodologies
Monitor and assess technology readiness levels throughout the development lifecycle
Manage risk, issues, and opportunities across complex technical programs
Resolve cross-functional technical issues and facilitate collaboration between diverse engineering disciplines
Ensure regulatory compliance and certification requirements are met throughout system development
Optimize system configurations to balance multiple quality factors while ensuring mission success
