| Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP EDI Analyst with a strong understanding of the SAP SD module and EDI integrations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in onboarding trading partners, supporting end-to-end EDI flows between external partners and different Eaton sale organizations. Experience with Sterling Integrator is a strong plus. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise digitization and supporting our global B2B EDI customers for America region. As part of our product-centric, results-driven IT model, SAP EDI Analyst will play a key role in enabling efficient, scalable EDI solutions that align with Eaton's digital transformation goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with architectural standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for EDI integrations involving SAP SD and EDI process. Lead and support EDI partner onboarding, including requirements gathering, testing, and go-live coordination. Work closely with business, SAP functional teams, and EDI technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integrations. Analyze and troubleshoot EDI transaction issues across SAP and Sterling Integrator platforms. Support EDI documents such as 850, 855, 810, 856, 845, 860, and others relevant to SD processes. Coordinate mapping requirements between EDI standards (X12 / EDIFACT) and SAP IDocs. Support sprint planning by assisting in the estimation of epics, features, technical enablers, and user stories Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and propose effective EDI-based solutions. Support testing activities including unit testing, partner testing, and UAT. Document EDI processes, partner-specific configurations, and interface mappings. Work with external partners, VANs, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with integration governance, change management, and audit requirements. |
